CSR: Customer Service Representative, Administrative Assistant.

How long have you been with Scudder:

1 year and 3-months.

What are your responsibilities:

I direct calls coming in to the proper personnel offices and departments, answering questions about the different services we offer and taking the clients' information. I also write up proposals and inspections for Pete and help with other departments as well.

What is your background:

I’ve lived on the Peninsula for over 25 years. I have worked as receptionist with my previous jobs and know the importance of customer service.

Favorite thing about working at Scudder?

I love the way this team works with each other. Very easy going, upbeat atmosphere and laughter through out the day doesn’t hurt !!

Three words to describe yourself?

Humorous, hardworking, one of a kind !

Hobbies?

I'm starting to really enjoy cooking, I love swimming off the Hawaiian islands (any of them) and I really love dancing.
