What are your responsibilities:
Directs activities of foremen concerned with roofing construction in commercial and residential buildings. Responsible for the administration of all safety programs including the compliance of safety practices and procedures. Participates in various committees as team leader, maintains a vigorous handle on reducing work related injuries and ensures total quality management principles are applied to all projects.
What is your background:
Born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula. Started as a shingler for C.L. Frost Roofing (10 years), then started working as a journeyman roofer, specializiing in wood shakes and shingles, at Williams Roofing for 2 years. After that, worked for Peninsula Roofing Service in Sand City for 2 years.
Favorite thing about working at Scudder?
I am given a free hand on the outside supervision of our applicators, which I treat like family, and treated with respect in return.
Three words to describe yourself?
Kind, Chipper, and conscientious.
Hobbies?
Coaches a youth football team, North County Bulldogs, and has been for 23 years. Also loves serving as a mentor to many children.
